Emeril visited Disney Springs and interviewed the chefs at Homecoming, the Boat House and STK.

This episode premiered on Saturday, but it's being replayed on the 26th and 27th, according to the Cooking network:

Chef Emeril Lagasse takes a close-up look at three Disney Springs restaurants in his “Emeril’s Florida” on the Cooking Channel, the first airing at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 21. The show also airs at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 26 and 10 a.m. Jan. 27.

“Emeril’s Florida” highlights the Sunshine State with Emeril on location discovering food, cooking, events and activities around the state. On this episode, “Food Meets Fun at Disney Springs,” Chef Lagasse gives viewers an exclusive look at STK Orlando and The BOATHOUSE, then interviews Chef Art Smith in his restaurant at Disney Springs, Homecoming, which highlights Florida’s local ingredients and farm-to-table cuisine.

And of course there’s delectable cooking – after a tour of Homecoming, the two chefs discuss their longtime friendship and career highlights, then cook Lagasse’s Nashville Fried Catfish with Southern Style Green Beans with Bacon and New Potatoes inspired by Disney Springs. Tune in for tasty tips and an insider look at dining, Disney Springs style.

I DVR'd the show, and watched it yesterday.  It moves fast, but it's very well done, and interesting to hear from the chefs about what they're trying to do at their restaurants.

That's a good point.

He is good friends with Art Smith, the chef/owner of Homecoming, so that may be what got him there.

And, I'm sure Disney threw a couple of bucks his way.
