As previous posters mentioned, there's a basketball court adjacent to sites 101 and 236, so that needs to be taken in to account. If you are only interested in having toilet facilities nearby, sites 112, 113, 114, 116 and 117 are convenient to the path that leads to the Settlement Trading Post.
