Have you all seen the posting on FB of the new overhead sign error I think coming in on World Drive?

It lists

Hollywood Studios

Magic Kingdom

Epoct

At least misspell a bigger word.

Lol!    Think there's an opening for a sign maker?

I haven't seen it. I'll have to Google it to

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Now that's one goofy sign.

A road sign on Walt Disney World property reads "Epoct," instead of "Epcot."

The typo is located on a sign on Western Way near Buena Vista Boulevard, not far from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Tim Smyth spotted the error Tuesday, and News 6 confirmed that the sign was still up Wednesday afternoon.

Disney said Thursday that the sign has been corrected.

Epcot is one of four theme parks at Walt DisneyWorld. It opened in 1982 as the second theme park after Magic Kingdom.

Epcot is an acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, a utopian city of the future planned by Walt Disney.

Things like this are just going to get worse. No matter where we are I see misspellings and grammatical mistakes on the news crawlers running on many local news stations.

The "Dumbing Down of America" at it's best.
