The castle is so nice. I love sites that do unique things. Great to finally meet you yesterday. You mentioned you thought we came in on Saturday. We actually did but stayed in Ormond Beach for a few days before checking into the Fort. Also the sweatshirt was from 5 years ago not 11. Travel does weird things to the brain. Hope we can chat a bit more when It's not so cold out and I have had some coffee and sleep 😉

Holiday weekend, sigh.... hopefully they will be respectful of your site and not be too loud and out of control. I personally don't have a problem with how many people, living under the same roof are, on a site. Immediate, families come in all sizes. However, the amount of structures allowed should definitely be enforced. If the rule is 2 tents then that is the rule. I don't care if you rented 3 sites and are just reconfiguring your tent layout. I really do get confused as to why the Fort allows this type of thing to go on.

Not a way to save a buck Disney. Actual live photographers see moments that a machine does not. They can also catch just the right time when you kid is actually looking. Not a fan of this idea.

How much I will miss her. That beautiful soul was such a treasure to the Fort. My children loved to walk past and yell out a friendly hello whenever they saw her. Enjoy your retirement Miss Josie.

We have been known to cover the tent with a tarp. We had a 12 person tent and had a huge trap, never leaked. The EZ/Gazebo is an absolute must.

After our first did the same thing with a bike I swore off ever teaching another how to ride. My youngest was 3 when he hopped on a bike.

Ahh the good ol days, when all you had to do was stop by the guard shack and tell them you were having a "character breakfast" at the Poly and would get access to free parking, pools, etc.

I agree. I like to chat with people. Almost 100% of the time when I talk to people at the pool on the weekends, they are locals taking advantage of WDW amenities. We have learned to stay away from the pool on Saturdays and Sunday late afternoons.

I have always found them interesting. Maybe I should take a closer look. Great start.
