  1. Thanks for the list. For the record, I never mentioned anything about the discount. As soon as I handed the card to the excellent waiter, he said, "And for using this card tonight, you will get 10% off".
  2. During my trip at the beginning of this month, I found out by accident that the Artist Point Restaurant in the Wilderness Lodge gave a 10% discount on the Disney Visa. I was quite happy with that surprise.
  3. They even messed up the grilled cheese sandwich :barf: Is it even possible to get food on the property that doesn't have raisins, pecans, some type of balsamic anything, acorns, kale, walnuts, etc. in it?
  4. That probably cost more then my yearly salary. I should've done better in school
  5. Here is the 2015 version http://www.sears.com/craftsman-micro-clicker-torque-wrench-1-2inch-drive/p-00931425000P
  6. Thank you! Any idea if all torque wrenches are created equal? I ask as we need to get one... came across a recommendation that we check the torque every 50 miles for the first 200 miles we use our new TT. Lucky for us, our first few trips are close so... we can check them each time we set up camp for the first 4 trips :) Since we have to buy a wrench, I'll make sure to add checking the lug nuts to do my list for things that I do before we leave home and before we leave the campsite.... I also check our tire pressure (try to check that with each gas fill-up as well). This is
  7. Torque wrench with appropriate sized socket for the lug nuts. I always check the lug nuts at every stop. It was overkill with my last TT but its a necessity with this 5th wheel. There are always 3-4 that back themselves off. One other reason i hate this thing. Sent from my iPhone
  8. Even though I've only been there once, I did walk around all the "Premium Pet Loops" and will have to agree with Grumpy.
  9. I know. Not sure if I will get as good as a deal that jeff couch rv nation is offering on the price of a 337bar. With that being said i am $18k upside down on this 2011 Springdale. The wife wanted it so bad so I really never paid attention to the price nor shopped for others. While we were at camping world she kept on saying "happy wife, happy life". Whoever made that phrase up i hope died a gruesome death. Sent from my iPhone
  10. What you have (i.e. Class A, TT, 5th wheel): Keystone Springdale 253 FWRL 29' 5th wheel (It sucks) If you're towing (so TT or 5th wheel) how heavy is it: Last trip (to the Fort) was 7,950lbs If you tow, what is your tow vehicle: 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 Crew Cab 4x4, 6.0L Gasser w/4.10 Rear End Gas mileage: While towing, typically 9-10mpg going 60-63 mph. 11-13 in Town and 17-18 on the highway Do you like it, love it or hate it (this applies to both the tow vehicle and what you're towing (or driving if Class A or C): Hate the camper, wife loved it when we first saw it (why we bought
  11. Are they finally migrating away from XP?
  12. That looks appetizing to me, but I haven't had anything to eat all day yet and it will be a few hours before I can even grab supper.
  13. Was in site 431 from 3/2-3/8. Got to meet Grumpy. If you look very closely, you can see DraftHorseCrazy's Rig. Unfortunately, I never got around to meeting him. Just waved Hello My Iphone 4s has the zoom in ability of a toaster
  14. The one lady did tell me that if they don't know about a problem, then they just get put back in rotation. She also complimented on my packing skills. She said she wished everybody else put everything back in the bag like I did. That's just my IT background I guess. I do intend to tell them that this current kit has a bad coax and cat 5 cable so hopefully that will be fixed for the next person. I'm not a big Linksys fan but those cable modems are virtually bulletproof and reliable. That is when they're hooked up and left alone. Being hooked up, disconnected and tossed about on a weekly
  15. Hi neighbor! I like your choice in trucks :) Anyway, Arrived here later then I wanted to on the 2nd. Bad weather and dealing with with a headcold from PA cold temps/winds made a miserable two day trip. After setting up the camper and settling the dogs and picking up pizza from the settlement (Yum) I was able to hook up the cable modem. Only to find out it didn't work. I even swapped out al the cables with what I had brought along and still nada. So called what sounded like India and they told me to swap out the kit, so I pack it all back up and run it back to the trading post and get a
  16. Gettysburg, PA Is that at Dutch Wonderland? Oh, and I really like going to Knoebels when these guys show up http://youtu.be/QeAICaXcYRA Guess the drummer is in a hurry to get out of there :)
  17. Thanks for all the replies. Like TIm's wife, my laptop has had all of the fun stuff disabled in the bios of the laptop and I am unable to re-enable it due to not knowing the bios password. I'm also not authorized to use Satellite Internet either. So, there is no chance of using wifi....ever..... Also, my work hours of 9 pm to 1 am or later make it harder to find accommodations as well.
  18. Hello All, Will be visiting the fort for the first time ever on March 2nd until the 7th. This will be our 2nd trip to WDW though where we stayed at the Pop Century Resort back in 2007 :flush2: After reading several thread on a few forums about the cable modems, I'm starting to get worried as this is going to be a working vacation for me. I can have time off from the day job (in fact my boss will be at WDW the same week. It's much easier if we take off the same time) however, for my evening job it's much harder to take off as I'm the only one fully trained for it other then my supervisor w
  19. J&D is mine and my wife's favorite campground. We love the view of the mountain on the other side of northern drive. We like how generally quiet it is and the staff is mosly friendly and helpful. They even rescued us a few years ago when an unforecasted storm came through at 5:30 am and broke the awning in half and tore some of the siding off of our travel trailer. We couldn't get out though the doors. We are even thinking about purchasing a seasonal site there as it's only about 100 miles north of us.
