Then it's off to Florida on Thursday to spend the weekend with Rich and Lorna. While we are there we hope to see as many Florida Fiends as we can find! On Monday we will head to Connecticut where Jason is going to make me lasagna!!
  5. I just want to say a little something about our group. They are all Fiendtastic. Since day one when Jason decided to buy his PUP (which needs a name by the way :) ) Fiends have been offering assistance in every aspect of this adventure. This shout out is to all of you who have pm'd me phone numbers along our route and offering assistance if we have trouble. Thank you all so very much.

  9. Thanks to all who have joined in for this adventure! I am not going to do a lot of responding to post. Not that I don't love and appreciate everyoneof yo, but bouncing around in this truck and trying to type makes me a little. :barf: I know that is :tmi: sorry
  10. Finally, daylight. I can see! But this is what I can see. The construction wasn't too bad and the fog has cleared. But the temperature dropped from 40 to 38. WTF? And no.....we did not stop at the Adult store. :rofl2:
  11. Ok, first picture of this adventure. We pulled out of the driveway at 6 a.m. I don't often see this time of the morning. It was dark and cold. A brisk 40 degrees.
  12. This story actually began in chat. A few of us were talking with Jason about his search for a pop up. You know how the discussion goes. Gee, I really would like to have my own pup. Nothing new but in good shape with just a few personal preferences. In true serendipity Metaldad decided that this night was a good night to come join us in chat. What do you know? John just bought a new travel trailer and was going to start a thread about the pop up that he wants to sell. Jason and John strike a deal and it brings us to my part of the story. Jason needs a way for his new PUP to get home. You kn
  13. Not only good looking, they are some of the nicest, most well behaved kids you will ever meet.
  14. That is about the scariest thing I have read today! :rofl2:
  15. My dogs don't have fleas or ticks either but that doesn't mean someone staying in a room before me doesn't. But if fleas on my dogs could make me part of Duck Dynasty I may consider not doing a flea treatment. :rofl2:
  16. Point well taken but kids don't normally have fleas or ticks. And if they do they probably can't afford a $400 hotel room.
  17. Job well done, Dave. I will not miss next year, or the year after that or the year after that......well you get the idea.
  18. What a great looking feast! Right now am doing a lot of this........ :banghead:
