Probably true of some there. Not me though. I think that is why the memory has stuck with me. It was pure joy.

I just thought of something and you will probably remember this too. One of the best concerts I ever attended at Merriweather was a Beach Boys concert. It was pouring down rain. My friends and I were sitting in the lawn. Katrina and the Waves open up for them. They started playing "Walking on Sunshine." Everyone was dancing in the rain and beach balls were flying through the air.

That was when I was going to concerts there. I also worked at the Ryland corporate office right across from Merriweather in the 90s. I was one of the payroll admins. It really is a small world!

I enjoyed many concerts there in my teens and 20's. I like Salisbury. Of course it probably looks nothing like it did back in the late 80s and early 90s.

Way back even before even going to WWW2018, the WW began planning WWW2019. We are just that dedicated. Well, that and we wanted to get the trip booked before they started charging for the extra parking. Sometimes we have 3 or 4 extra cars that are driven down. So the planning began and we decided upon President's Weekend 2019. At first, there was some discussion of Carol driving Kelly's camper. Myself riding with Carol to Kelly's to get the camper. Alas, my visions of a Thelma and Louise trip to the Fort was short lived when Kelly realized she would not be able to leave until Thursday evening

Be nice or I might decide to give up Fort Fiends for Lent.

I need to just sit myself down and work on that.

I thought I read somewhere recently that the Peter Pan ride is back open.

My cousin who lives in Monroe, MI posted on Facebook that she found them at the Kroger there.

I used to live near there in Odenton. I remember when that mall was built. When I go back to visit family, at least one trip must be made to Arundel Mills. Oh and going to Chevys is a must on the trip there.

I truly appreciate all that Snarky and Fort Fiends has done to not only teach me more about Disney and camping, but also gave me some true friendships. We are family. This is evident in the out pouring of love we show to each other when one of our own has been sick, injured, let down or passed away.

Be sure you coordinate that trip to TN around the annual Defeated Creek GG. This typically occurs mid to late September.
