So that kinda begs the question (besides what ducks?) Can you feed the ducks if YOU'RE not on the porch, or are you just not supposed to feed the ducks if THEY are on the porch?
 

I finally convinced hubby last fall to get one of the metal eggs at Lowes - on sale and with our military discount, the price was about a third of one of the ceramic versions.  So far we love it - so much in fact we gave the gas grill to our son last week!
I didn't take any pics (shame on me, I know) but we did a Prime Rib on Saturday.  Started out at 450, then took the grill temp down to about 350 to cook.  I'm not really a prime rib fan, but I must admit it was the best I've ever tasted.  Threw together a rub with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary and some Brick Oven rub.  Took about 2 hours to cook.
We've got an 8-lb butt in the freezer that's our next big project.  Just need a weekend when we can get together with the kids to help eat it.

Haven't been here that long - and way far away from 25,000+ posts, but have met some great folks and love all the info fun shared here!

Here's how we got a good bit of our trip for 55% off.. yes, 55%.
 
There is a smart phone app called Shopkick.  You get points for walking in certain stores and for scanning products in said stores.  Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem for a gift card - one of which happens to be a Target gift card.
 
Hubby and I both have accounts - we would save our points (6,250) until we were able to get a $25 Target gift card.  Then I would take the 2 Target cards (total of $50) and order two Disney gift cards from the Target website.  Using my Red Card discounted the $100 worth of Disney gift cards down to $95.  Applied the two $25 Target cards we had gotten via shopkick, and Viola! Target mailed me $100 worth of Disney gift cards and only charged me $45.  We only had about 9 months to accumulate points but we ended up with $650 worth of Disney cards that we only actually paid $292.50 for.  Used them to pay for dining and other assorted items.
 
For some reason though - the amount of points you can get of late with shopkick has dramatically dropped.  Some weekends we were able to collect 800-900 points each last year.

Happy Birthday Snarky!  It's been fun since I found you in June of '12, but even better since this time last year when we made some special Fiendish friends :)

Not wanting the dogs to feel left out of our upcoming trip, I picked up two Disney leashes, a Tinkerbell one and a Mickey/Pluto one.  Thought about the matching collars, but didn't like the design or the size, so I opted to get some bandanas and embroidered Mickey on one and Tink on the other:

We will be there Nov 4-10.  Also planning on the MVMCP on the 7th. 
 
And, since this will be probably one of the very few times we have a reason to decorate for Christmas, we will be doing so!  I got this lighted musical inflatable as a steal last year at 75% off:

 
So we plan to start the Christmas cheer upon arrival!

Yes, I took the tour and it didn't ruin the magic for me.  Just like the second time I rode Soarin' I asked to sit on an end so I could watch the mechanics of the ride.  Soarin' is still my favorite ride.
