  1. That was mstinamarie, and it was really awesome. You should check out the 500 loop, especially 550! This was our first Halloween trip and it was unbelievable!
  2. I don't think he had any inflatables, but I know the casket and grim grinning g ghosts took A LOT of work!
  3. I wanted to share some Haunted Mansion Halloween decorations a friend of my has set up in the 500 loop of FW right now. He will be there for a couple more weeks so if your around, make sure to stop and check them out. Hopefully these links work....
  4. Sorry for delay on replying, back to work now and trying to catch up. Yes, we have been camping at FW now for about 5 years. The first 2 years we pulled the 5th wheel down and really liked it. But as the kids got bigger and less willing to sit in the truck for 18 + hours for the trip so we traded it on a 32 ft class c motor home. This year because of the work changes we were able to make 3 trips to Disney. 1 in the truck and 2 in the motorhome. Now, to be honest, we are all completely Disney 'd out! Our trips from central Pa take about 18 1/2 hours and sometimes we stop and sometime
  5. Did HS last night zee the Frozen fireworks. It was packed. Today is the last day so off to AK we go. I have a picture of the crowds at HS last night, will post when I get time.
  6. That makes sense. glad to hear I will have Monday to have some fun!
  7. I will also add that dining reservations have been MORE difficult to get than both our March and June trips...
  8. Mostly we have seen transportation be very backed up and packed. But the parks have been every bit as crowded as it was during our June trip. Also the loops have been mostly or completely full. Ride wait times have been a little lower than June levels but still pretty high during the day time.
  9. So we have been to FW almost every month of the year. Mostly in the winter, spring, and summer due to the kids school requirements. I have always heard that it was slow in September so when DD asked to go to Disney for her 10th birthday on September 20th I thought, sure that would be fun.......WOW was I wrong! I have never seen this place so crazy with traffic and people. Including a poorly timed attempt at a boat trip to MK, right as the Hoop Dee Do let out and normal in and out of parks we have never spent nearly this long traveling around Disney. Was I wrong about September being a low
  10. Does anyone know of a good way to get the movie schedules for Wilderness Lodge and Contemporary? I know they aren't as nice an event as the fort, but my kids don't like any of the movies they are showing during our September visit.
  11. I am not a "Trusting" kind of guy so I don't let the staff do much that I can't see when it happening or verify later.
  12. We put the customer name in the computer and (almost) never write anything on the receipt. We have coached our staff to put everything in the computer so it can be verified in case of a question later. On rare occassions we will make a note on the receipt like, Customer needs napkins/plates/cups...That kind of stuff doesn't fit in our limited window on the computer.
