Swim,  Glad to hear you had the foresight to position your property 3500 feet from a potential tornado end point.

Retired and Happy (Ken) got a reaction from BradyBzLyn...Mo in Cart chaos?
We participated in the Christmas GC Parade today.  It seemed to be well received by the onlookers, and they enjoyed the toys and such we threw to threw kids.   Not a lot of elaborate decorating done for these carts...lights, garland, some more than others and a few with more elaborate applications.  They didn't have a designated end point, so many of us just made a second loop around the main streets, before we stopped by "home" to drop off some long sleeves and go on to looping.  i don't know if they had any "winner" or not.  It looked like there were maybe 30-40 entries and everyone had a good time.

Lets see if this works...  OK< it worked.  Somewhat large, but posted.  How can I reduce the size?

"Bottom Manufactured Bracket - by installer"

       "Installed Unit"

"Removable parts"  A post under the seat fits in the hole on the left end of the hinged bracket.  The other end of the bracket meshes (hinges) with the loops at the bottom of the post near the steps.

       "In Use"

I don't know if some of you have seen ours, but we have a chair lift on our MH.  It is basically a screw gear in a tube mounted to the sidewall next to the door, with a double hinged bracket that supports a chair (with seat belts).  It is powered by a 12 vdc motor mounted at the top of the tube and direct-wired to the battery below the step.  The chair swings into the coach so the user can step or be helped to the floor level without having to climb any steps.  It came complete except for the lower mount which must be locally fabricated to fit an individual RV, welded or bolted to the frame.  The bracket at the top of the tube is bolted through the sidewall, in our case just above the sink, next to the door.
Our chair is capable of lifting 400 pounds, although I hope none of us tests it to that extent.  It has become invaluable for lifting our "little ones" as their sizes and weights (and our ages) have increased and our lifting powers have decreased.  It could be a valuable aid for a disabled traveler or travel partner.  During travel, the chair and hinged bracket are removed, with only the tube and motor left in place.  The unit, except for the fabricated lower bracket, can be moved to a replacement RV when the time comes.  It has been a great investment for us.

More likely not a PUP, but a Prevost, or similar.

I still figure we can get most of the Four Seasons amenities by just reserving in Loop 3000.

On behalf of Mayor Kaseem Reed and all the politicians who have friends running the ATL concessions, baggage, and ground transportation, I apologize for the delays.

Personally I have not flown since 1995 and plan to make that my final flight.

I can't really imagine the concept of WWW at Voldy.  This place HAD to exist for the world to continue.

Can you use most any major credit/debit card?  Will this lead to less laundry usage if you have to carry a separate card you might not normally carry to the laundry?

Oops,  Sorry, Zane.  I confused you with Starbuc71.  But I have considered redoing our GC for several years since a few things have rubbed paint off in our trailer.  I would also go the DIY route.

I wish the print media would quit referring to the Department of Homeland Security as DHS.  I read that and think the Republicans are trying to defund Disney's Hollywood Studios, the original DHS.

I have the same problem with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  The SEC is a football conference.

Hey, Norm.  Thanks for bringing back some memories from the 70's.  My first MH was an 18.5' Eldorado Class C with colors (and wet bath) just like your truck camper.  We went all over the country with that thing, mostly paid for by the USAF, for whom I worked back then.  Once went to Maine and worked making some electronic measurements in a blueberry field.  We loaded the fridge and freezer with blueberries to take back to Mobile.  The next year we planted five blueberry bushes at home and had a good supply for many years.  Ken

I hope to see Cody's natural cloud Mickey when we go in December.  What?!  It won't be there?  Then I'll have to get Savannah trained to do a dog poop variety.  And if she does, I'll be sure to post it.   :yay:   But do i still have to clean it up, or does it stay for someone to discover and put in a book?

Whether for security or enjoyment, it's kinda nice not to have aircraft buzzing around the Parks.  Strictly justified?  Who knows?

Hey!  COP is one our favorites and usually our first stop in the MK, ...even if it is a little dated in the newest scene.  I like the old sets, but maybe that's because I'm old, like them.    I think Lou is just too young to appreciate what we had back in the day.  And I'm trying to teach Shawnee to sing the song.  "It's a great big beautiful tomorrow..."  Now that the song is in your head....  enjoy.   :gaah:

Does it always really storm when you are close to the Backlot Bar, or is that just some Disney effect to keep you there?  Hmmm...  We've been caught there several times....and we don't even drink.   Hmmmm...

We have never used online checkin, but we have pulled into a checkin line and Judy has gone in to the desk to checkin with mixed results.  Once she was ready before we reached the CM, and once we had to pull through and wait for her to come back out..

Did you get answers to your questions?  By the way, your family members can be referred to as DW, DS11, DS9, and DD4.  DW would usually refer to you in these forums as DH.  Dufus and Shmuckface are already taken.

We drive in from Lake City and try to arrive around check in time, which is 1  pm.  When we get ready to leave, we try to hit around check out time, which is 11 am.  We rarely make either time.

We have not done much resort hopping, but there are some amazing decorative touches at each to make it well worthwhile to see.  Just remember you can eat and play at those resorts, but do not try to swim.

And welcome to the nut house.  As you can tell, you will get good and goofy information.  The more replies, the goofier it gets.  But we are good people anyway.
