  1. There's always camp Wally. We did Walmart on the way down. Too convenient!! No setup or tear down, just pull in, lights out, wake up, eat, go. With the cost of fuel to run the genny, it's probably a wash, but we usually drive until 9-10 pm so I don't want to make a bunch of noise pulling in to a CG at that hour Spinner
  2. That's the best dam picture I've seen in quite some time. Spinner
  3. Disney will continue to raise prices until their fill rate drops. When that happens they will offer "incentives" to fill the place and people will think they are getting a deal. Fill rates will catch up, incentives will go away and price increases will ensue. It's all part of the Magic. Spinner
  4. We reserved a cart from Beachline for our visit in 2 weeks. No mention of picking up offsite. I think I will call and ask specifically. Spinner
  5. With the new tires you'll be happier. Equalizer is a good hitch if set up right. Spinner
  6. We have stayed in 1400 both trips to FW. Once with TT and once with MH. Love the inner loop. Kids ride and play with very little traffic. Close to campfire and pool. You might consider getting a cart at least one day to go looping!!! After our last trip down thru Atlanta, I vowed "Never Again"! We came home thru AL and it was much lower stress. Sounds like a great time you have planned, have fun! Spinner
  7. I'm sure they will lower the prices next year because people will be so upset about the price increase that attendance will fall... Spinner
  8. We always travel with protection. It's on my person unless we are in a gun unfriendly state(we try to avoid those). We stay at Walmarts or CGs. Haven't tried the Cracker Barrel yet, but wouldn't mind it. Won't stay at rest areas and try to avoid truck stops for overnight, mostly due to noise. RVing isn't dangerous, but a little insurance doesn't hurt. Have a great trip! Spinner
  9. The guy is a bonehead. I agree, but signs that say "No guns allowed" only pertain to good guys. I'm not sure Disney wants to advertise the fact that all patrons are defenseless targets, even if that is their policy. That being said, I feel pretty safe there. As safe as I can feel among thousands of people. I'm not a big fan of crowded public venues, but the kids love The Mouse. Spinner
  10. I have a Kenny cart right now! Spoke with him on the 4th when we picked it up and I'm sure ill hear from him when we drop it off in a few days. Spinner
  11. Thanks for the info, Lou. So it's cheaper to run buses to HS and AK than Epcot or FW decides how many of each park bus? Spinner
  12. Back to the topic, we didn't notice any mystery marquee changes, but we did sit thru 2 each AK and HS bus arrival and departures before the EPCOT bus showed up, and then it was standing room only. Some great Logistics Experts they have there at the WDW;) they must rely on the bus drivers' counts...LAL Spinner
  13. It was the campfire movie at FW tonight. It was pretty good! The boys loved it!! Spinner
