  1. I've used the online check in 3 times.. The first time it was great they sent me a text before I arrived with my site #, I entered through the overflow parking gate with my magic band and went straight to my site... never had to mess with the guard or the check in lanes. The other 2 times they never sent me a text so I had to call on the way to the fort to get my site # and then again entered through the overflow parking gate with magic band and straight to my site.. To me it was a lot faster not having to mess with the guard and the check in lanes..
  2. I'm thinking about the copper pipe... Being that close to the electrical box and being that small of a diameter I don't think it's a water line. I'm thinking it's either a ground for the entire electrical box or maybe conduit for cable tv line..
  3. Yep.. that's really why I didn't expect them to do it that easy..
  4. Well I called and they put me on hold for about 5 min.. the guy came back and said it's all taken care of.. I was checking in 5/22 out 6/1 now checking in 5/27 out 5/30 Excellent.. I really didn't expect them to change it
  5. Well... NO luck changing days from the end or the beginning of the reservation online.. Guess I might try and call and see what happens..
  6. I just booked it... now going to try and change it online first in a few minutes!!!
  7. Well, I'm going to try and see what happens.. It's for Memorial day weekend.. So I will find out soon.
  8. So can you still make a reservation for longer than you need and then cancel the days that you don't want? Or did they stop that?
  9. Has anyone else had audio problems with channel 20.1 and higher? I put a new tv in the bedroom of our motorhome about a year ago and when I'm at the fort all the channels below 20 work fine but anything higher than channel 20 I get no audio at all but the picture is fine. By looking at the channel list it appears that Disney is getting the channels higher than 20 from Directv and pushing the channels to there cable and the channels lower than 20 are local channels and there own channels. For some reason my new tv doesn't like the channels higher than 20.1
  10. They were all set up to film it took them a few hours and then a big rain storm came and after the storm everyone and everything was gone.. so not really sure if they were able to film what they wanted or not.. The name on some of there stuff was Atlas Productions...
  11. We were in the 1900 loop this past weekend and on Saturday they were filming something.. They had 3 sites with 3 trucks full of stuff and people everywhere
  12. Is it out for android smartphones yet? I can't seem to find it in the google play store......... :banghead:
  13. This was from a few years ago at the bus stop for the 1400 loop. This is a closer picture of the machine:
  14. Hey everyone, I'm looking for some recommendations for a nice campground in the Ft.Lauderdale area... Any suggestions?
  15. We love the convection oven in our motorhome. We have cooked Thanksgiving dinner in it at the Fort a few times.
  16. The 2 best things we use the most are a large electric griddle and the crockpot.
  17. This is a good one that I forgot. I bought the one that is adjustable. The Fort is the only place I've ever been where I have to much water pressure. I actually had it make my water lines start leaking on my black tank flush one time. :rofl2:
  18. Several different length wire ties or cable ties (used for multiple things)
  19. I bring way to much stuff... Standard 50 amp power cord 50 amp extension cord 50 amp surge protector for the motorhome ( I was actually hit by lighting at the fort one time) 50' of coax with surge protector 35' of sewer hose a sewer hose holder angle thingy 50' of water hose multiple 110 extension cords with timers (for decorations) a set of the orange level blocks kit ( mostly used for supporting sewer hose and leveling the picnic table) and I'm sure I missed something..
