No surprise that with the opening of Pandora, evening extra magic hours are back. A new baby giraffe is on the scene at Animal Kingdom's Kilimanjaro Safaris. We were there once when a new baby was out and about and the bonus for guests was that the little one was out exploring all over the place - not just in the places the giraffes usually hang out. That meant the adults were further out into the savanna too, presumably to keep an eye on him/her. Disney's Animal Kingdom will be testing now "atmosphere entertainment" beginning April 19. Guests in DinoLand USA may encounter Professor Parker Woodson from the Dino Institute and his velociraptor "V". Prof Woodson and V - who the Professor raised from birth, will be taking walking tours of the area.

Queen Snarky happened to be at Animal Kingdom today and sent these photos from Tamu Tamu refreshments... In her words, "Omg the naughty dole whip is sooo good. Definitely on the to do list on every visit"
