Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwich - topped with coleslaw on a kaiser roll
$9.49

If this is like others I've seen at WDW it is pork mixed with BBQ sauce. You don't mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce. The correct way is a splash of vinegar and pepper flakes. Adding a bit of sugar to offset the vinegar is acceptable but not required. I can even go with the mustard based sauces from SC or the tomato based from Western NC but these are used as a condiment not as part of the flavoring.

You can be sure that the pork on that sandwich is prepared the same way it is at all of the other 100's of places around WDW where they serve pulled pork.  It all probably comes from the same place pre-soaked in BBQ sauce.
