(If you are not familiar, it is a restaurant at Universal in between the two theme parks) They were putting up this Christmas decoration during guest hours and the Kiosk they were installing it on was OPEN!!!!While Disney is now doing more than they used to do during guest hours, I can't imagine something this blatant would happen there.
