I'd love to see an example of the  "fun, useful and relevant information"  that you can get on Facebook.

Lots of menu news, photos and reviews being posted to Disney Food Blog...

http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2015/09/24/best-of-the-fest-what-to-eat-at-the-2015-epcot-food-and-wine-festival/

A few excerpts below.  Some yummy looking stuff!!

Wow, all of that looks great, and the portion sizes look generous.

I'll have to order some of these same items and post photos to show what they are actually serving guests who have to pay for their food.  These bloggers have it made.

Rick Springfield will be there on October 12th & 13th. We leave on the 11th. Surely Steve could travel back home alone with the girls.

The Disney Parks Blog just posted that the Food and Wine food booths will be expanding in to Future World this year:   http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blog/2015/07/20th-epcot-international-food-wine-

So after the big splash made by Puerto Rico in 2014, including rumors that Puerto Rico wanted to sponsor a full-time pavilion in Epcot, they just disappear for 2015?   Muy extraño.   TCD

That photo of the "Vegan Korean Barbecue with Steamed Rice and Cucumber Kimchi" in Mo's post above got me worried.

That's not something I recall them having at the South Korea booth.

So, I had to hunt down the menu.

And my fears were realized.

Please join me in a moment of silence for our dear departed friend, the Kimchi Dog.

And does anyone really think it's a good idea to eat vegan Korean BBQ?

I'm confused by this batch of photos.

Why is the food on plates, and not in the ubiquitous cardboard "boats" everything else is served in at the Food and Wine Festival?

And they're serving beef rare?

I don't think so.

I call BS.  Those photos must be from some blogger special event.

I'd love to see an example of the  "fun, useful and relevant information"  that you can get on Facebook.

From the Disney Parks Blog...

While you’re savoring and sipping around the world during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, we have a cool new way to experience the culinary extravaganza this year.

Through a collaboration with Facebook, we’re adding a new feature to this year’s festival experience – Facebook Place Tips. As you taste your way through 30 Marketplaces in World Showcase and Future World, Facebook Place Tips will appear at the top of your News Feed within the Facebook mobile app.

You’ll see information about the Marketplaces you’re visiting, such as menus, festival maps, event information and more.

Here’s an example of what you’ll see; this is from the Australia Marketplace.

Turn on Bluetooth and location services on your mobile device to see Facebook Place Tips for each marketplace in your News Feed.

Tell us what you’re most excited to try this year at the 20th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!

No, that actually looks a lot better than my kimchi dog.  This is my kimchi dog:

Hey Josh has posted a couple of reviews of the F&W on his website and I found an interesting line:

The plates here are kind of cool – entirely disposable but look like they just as easily be made of china.

I guess those plates from the other bloggers website were disposable.

I can't recall seeing this posted before...

If you have a Chase Disney Visa be sure to visit the Lounge to get priority seating for Eat to the beat and if your lucky enough free drinks during Happy Hour.

From the comments...

Have your Chase Disney Visa with you. Once you arrive at the American Pavillion, there's an area that has an elevator. In order to get admittance to the elevator, you need to show it. They have beverages and small snacks. Seating is very limited. Find the one giving the concert bands. They go quickly. These bands give you access to the roped off section at the band shell area. Then enjoy the concert later.
