I made this over the weekend for mine and my sister's birthday get together. It's an old family recipe but I dont believe in hoarding recipes so here you all go.

Fudge Sundae Pie

1 Cup Evaporated Milk

6oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Mini Marshmallows

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1 Quart Vanilla Ice Cream

Graham Cracker Crust

Optional

1/2 cup walnuts chopped

1 small jar of Marachino Cherries drained and chopped

1. Melt together evaporated milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and salt over medium heat until

completely melted and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool some.

2. Spoon 1/2 the ice cream into the pie crust cover with 1/2 chocolate fudge sauce and if desired 1/2

the nuts and cherries. Repeat.

3. Freeze for 3-5 hours

Note it is easier to scoop the ice cream when softened slightly. I take it out when I start the chocolate

at least. Also when cutting to serve this will be very hard. Take it out a few minutes before cutting to

make this easier.
