AuburnJen 770 Posted June 7, 2018 Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 Apparently there have been some subtle changes to the tiered system, details below http://chipandco.com/are-changes-coming-to-tier-one-fastpasses-at-epcot-310778/ Prior to June 11, the attractions that fall under Tier One options at Epcot for FastPasses are: Frozen Ever After Illuminations: Reflections of Earth Soarin’ Around the World Test Track If this change is permanent and not just a glitch in the system, Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot will also fall into this list. This is likely not to be a popular change with many Epcot and Walt Disney World guests as options are pretty limited in the Tier Two category now, while it can be a struggle to get FastPasses in Tier One.
