This December, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is bringing a spectacular adults only get together to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. Iron Chef Morimoto will host what is being called the first annual “12 Beers of Christmas” at Morimoto Asia on Sunday, December 2. The event will run from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm and will feature multiple stations of holiday-themed beers from local breweries. Guests will enjoy pairings of Pan-Asian bites at each station, while taking in the beautiful backdrop of the restaurants award-winning dining room. Pairing’s include Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, Yakisoba, Yakitori, Gyoza, various Dim Sum, raw bar varieties, and multiple types of ramen and sushi. Chef Morimoto is personally hosting the event and will be on hand to autograph his newest cookbook, “Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking,” which will be available for purchase. One hundred percent of proceeds from the cookbook sales will be donated to Give Kids The World.
