rdancemom... Pam 113
Widely known for birdwatching and shuttle launch-viewing, now there's an annual Sea Turtle festival in Titusville, FL. With more than 57,000 acres of natural, undeveloped beach and wilderness surrounding Titusville, it only made sense that many sea turtle nests which had to relocated due to the Gulf Oil Spill ended up in this area.About an hour's drive from Orlando, the festival offers entertainment, education, exploration, food and more for visitors over three days each June. There will be an artisans village, concerts, a street festival, children's activities, jr ranger camps, rides, vendors, a pier party, wildlife art & wine exhibit, beach & lagoon clean-ups, photography workshops, free kayak rides and more.Check out all the details at http://www.wix.com/t...turtle-festival#!
