If rep points were dollars, that might be a motivator, but they're not and useless otherwise. The up arrow crew has me over 1600, so up arrows I don't need.

Buddy It wasn't tough at all. No big deal. After all, I'm a cold, rough, tough, non-feeling man with tons of street cred.

While the first few days we had him were filled with doubts and sadness, once he began eating on his own, he did nothing but make us smile with his antics.

I kept hoping right up until just before I left to drop him off that maybe I would be able to keep him, but it didn't happen.

While giving him to Cindy, I was happy and grateful that I found a good home for him, but at the same time it was difficult. I

Only a cat, but pets do work their way into our hearts so quickly.

I'm happy to hear that he has a loving permanent home.

I sympathize with Gail and her allergy to cats. I can't even go into a room if a cat has been in it two hours ago. Watery, itchy eyes, coughing, sneezing, etc. It's not pleasant.

I received an update from Cindy today that he's relaxed and eating well. That's a big deal.

But he should be relaxed. Cindy's two daughters couldn't be any sweeter.

I realized that, when I first introduced him to them. I knew that they would treat him like a Prince. And they didn't know at the time that he would be going home with them a few days later. They were so gentle and loving. He's in very good hands.

And even more awesome Big Lou opened his heart to the little guy!

I think anyone would. At least I hope they would.

My last photo of him.

I hope our Louie will like his new home and feline siblings.

I"m sure he will.

As we couldn't keep him, our plan was to have him neutered. Wait until he was old enough to be put back out in the neighborhood where he would live his life with his mother and a few other neighborhood cats. He would not go hungry and would probably have a good life, but no home.
