Humphrey Bear…Rob 42 Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 Just wanted to put in a plug for our favorite overnight stop on the way to FW. It's right off 95 and EZ in and out. Most sites are pull thru and level. We usually just pull in, hook up power and water, stay hooked up to truck. Cracker Barrel and some fast food places close by. It's about halfway for us- 350 miles left to FW.We tried PointSouth once and it was ok, but like this much better. Only downside is no travel plaza or good diesel pumps at exit 53. ftwildernessguy 778 Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 We have stayed here a couple times. Sites are huge and pull thru, comfort stations are clean. Plus easy on and off 95.
