How long are you there for? We will be there on Monday (if nothing breaks down on the way).
-
It's a bit expensive, but we leave ours at Best Friends on Bonnet Creek Pkwy during the day while we're at the parks. If we're just going to the pool for a couple of hours we leave them in the trailer.

There are several travel agents that can help with the heavy lifting. I'm sure one will reply soon.

I came here looking to see if the new permit was being discussed. Well, here it is. Another link

I'm using Chrome as a browser, and since clicking on this thread, I get ads for AEDs at the top and bottom of all the pages.
Maybe Google is trying to tell you something.

So, the other wife is staying at home?

If my heart goes at Disney World, let me die. I can't think of a better place for it to happen.

I'm looking forward to the new night time stuff at AK while we're there in June, but I noticed something weird. The park hours show they close at 9pm each night. However, Rivers of Light is at 9:15. Sunset isn't until 8:15 so it would be hard to see the lights and stuff in Pandora if they close at 9:00. Maybe it's a mistake?

Got a letter from Thor yesterday regarding mine.

Agree 100% with the additional thought there are a few differences in quantity and selection. We always go to Port Orleans French Quarter. They have a two biscuit sausage and gravy breakfast for $3.99 that is really good. Pop Century has a one biscuit sausage and gravy breakfast also for $3.99 and the sausage gravy is different, but still good. Much better breakfast at Port Orleans for a similar meal.
I guess I was just a bit surprised, I know they are value resorts, but I thought they'd at least have one table service restaurant. We still want to go see them all just to say we have, but dining won't be the reason.

The Disney Value Resorts all have huge food courts with a lot to choose from. All of the food comes from a centralized location, so the burgers, fries, chicken nuggets or whatever are the same here as what you'll find at all of the quick serve places throughout the WDW property. The Mickey waffles here are the same as you will find at a Deluxe resort's quick serve restaurant. It's all Disney-quality food
There are variations on the menus from resort to resort. For example, Pop Century serves a nice chicken Parmesan dish at its food court.
A quick serve is a quick serve. If that's what you want to eat, go to a Deluxe or moderate resort- the atmosphere and surroundings are nicer, but the food is basically the same.

Thanks for the info. We'll still visit to see the sites, but will likely not be going just to eat.

We're trying to visit some of the resorts that we've never been to. I decided to look up places to eat at the All Star resorts. Man there's nothing there! Just a couple of counter service places. Anybody know if they're any good?

Reservations made at Cape May. Still have a few nights open. Any more?

Are considering any spots at Disney Springs? With teenagers try Splitsville, we have eaten there twice and enjoyed it both times plus you can choose to bowl or not, It's not a nice plush sit down of course but the kids might get a kick out of it
Yes, we'll go to Disney Springs

Wait nobody's mentioned Trails End yet!
I guess it falls under a buffet but they have a great breakfast have never personally eaten any other meal there.
Sorry, given we always stay at the fort, we've eaten there many times. Should have mentioned that.

Mmmm, love crab legs. Sounds like a good one.

Cool, that's one.

Since you said "table service", you may not be looking for buffet recommendations, but I highly recommend Biergarten.
Buffet is ok. I just don't want to have to stalk people for their table when their done (you know you've done it).

We have a 17 night trip coming up in late May - early June. We'd like to try some table service restaurants that we've not tried yet. Below is the list of ones that we have eaten at. We're a family of 4 with two teenage sons. Tell me where and why I should eat at for this trip.
**Places we've eaten at.
Ohana - Love this place
Coral Reef - Meh
Hoop-de-doo - Have to go every time
Sci-fi Theater - Was OK
50s Prime Time - Not my favorite
Sanaa - Loved it - Did Dine with Animal Specialist
California Grill - Awesome
Spirit of Aloha - Fun and good food
Mickey's Backyard BBQ - Did this on Christmas day. What fun!
Tokyo Dining - Kids and I love sushi
**Already have reservations for
Tusker House - ROL Package
Trattoria al Forno - Bon Voyage Character Breakfast, so it really doesn't count?
Yachtsman Steakhouse
-
Guess I'll keep checking daily.

I've been watching the dessert party reservations for our Trip in June. The dates become un-clickable at the end of May which I assume means they haven't entered them. Any thoughts as to how far out they enter dates for the dessert parties?

I actually don't mind the charge. It legitimizes my dogs right to be there. It elevates their standing above the low life freeloaders.
Now that's funny!

We always take our dogs and even in a pop up when we had it. Our popup did have A/C.
We also used Best Friends Kennel while we were at the parks. It's not too expensive and it's nice to know they are being taken care of while we spend all day at the parks.

Careful what you say! The next version of the Fort will be a 20 story oversized parking garage !
Fill it with fake trees and rock, some animatronic squirrels!
I'm there!
