I would love to see the type of immersion we get at Trader Sam’s at the Polynesian. From the Disney Parks Blog, a preview of the new menu items being added at the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We've eaten here a few times and loved it. Seating is first come, first served (which can be a bit of a headache when) and service can be a little wonky, as it seems sometimes they've got servers covering inside and outside tables, but the food has always been terrific.
