  1. A while back, I used the path tool on Google Earth to determine the difference in mileage of I-4 and 417 from Sanford to the World Center Dr. exit. It was only a 15 mile difference....I know that sounds like alot, but I have sat still in traffic on I-4 long enough to go 30 miles sometimes! Lol.
  2. Great advice from both sides. Guess I'll flip a coin to decide our route...although I am quite sure that the kids would love going through the gate. Kinda funny though, in our 20+ trips over the last several years, I have never recalled seeing any RV's going through the gate. I have seen them parked in the MK lot, so they had to come through there. Here is another question...how many of ya'll take the 417 toll route to bypass Orlando downtown (we already have Sunpass) or do you still prefer to take I-4 all the way? We will be traveling to FW on a Sunday afternoon and I am thinking of driving s
  3. Heading up to the Fort for the first time next month...I noticed when my family and I were there last weekend that the FW directional signs take you through the MK parking turnstiles. Is that the way most folks go? Seems to me that the preferred way towing a large trailer would be to take Bonnet Creek Pkwy to Vista Blvd. Suggestions?
  4. When purchasing merchandise in the parks and asked whether or not you want this delivered to your resort, where would you pick it up when delivered to FW? I am assuming they won't deliver it to your campsite! lol.
  5. Im getting the typical squeal through my fax machine but it is somehow not connecting to send the fax.
  6. Tried to fax a loop/site request and it is not going through. Any one else had problems recently? I assume the number is still 407-824-3508.
  7. Actually yes...I've known some dog lovers who are a little over the top. Some pet owners have no regard for things like this. Figured someone would take it as an attack. Stranger things have happened.
  8. For our upcoming trip, we will be in a pet-friendly loop, although we ourselves do not travel with pets. Are folks pretty reasonable at not letting their furry friends not do their business on other campsites? I do not respond well to stepping in poop from an animal who has a careless owner. Again, not bashing pet owners AT ALL...just hoping that folks there will be mindful of that kind of thing.
  9. I am pretty sure our tv has a digital converter built in. We just bought it a couple weeks ago and it picks up the OTA channels in the same digital format of FW channel line up...so I still need a separate converter from FW to pick up their channels?
  10. Hi Fiends Friends, Our family will be heading to the Fort for the first time this July. My question is about cable service to more than one television...what equipment do ya'll use to be able to watch different channels on different televisions? Is it as simple as splitting the output in our travel trailer? Thanks in advance for your help!
