Does anyone have the winners list of golf carts/ sites/ pumpkins?

I have no way to validate this but while chatting with some folks who are there every year, they told me that the fort limits your duration of stay to several months (can't remember exactly how many) and they also mentioned that they received no discount for staying months, each year.

I think that happens since 1500 is sort of isolated from the other loops.

On another note- I appreciated the traffic control that they implemented this year.

They were attempting to force everyone who turned into 16-1900 into 1700 loop first, then to 1900, then 1800, then 1600. Sort of made it right turn only. That prob helped. They also had a crossing guard at nearly every loop entrance.

They closed the main road between the outpost and 4way stop for the busy part of the evening- not letting anyone in or out without going through the cabin loop which some people apparently didn't know how to. This part I didn't understand. Maybe this was due to something else?

We were in 1500 and tot'd in 16-1800- had a great time. When we got back to our loop, some neighbors were disappointed that they didnt see much action on that loop. Rather quiet.

 

 

Are there any set up this year? Just arrived and did a quick cruise around and haven't seen any yet.

I noticed what appeared to be ToT-ers this evening. Several groups of kids in costume. We had just checked in and was returning from the sing a long. I also noticed tables set up at the front of sites.

Are there prizes? other than VIP parking at the party.
