I like following Adam the Woo on Youtube, he posts almost daily videos of interesting places he visits all over the country. Well today's video was from Sherman Oaks California and the "That's from Disneyland" pop up exhibit and auction. It really makes me wish I was made of money, there are a lot of amazing Disney history for sale there. Thought some of you fellow fiends might enjoy watching.

Congratulations! Will be looking forward to following you around the resorts! I hope you don't expect me to keep up though...you haven't seen slow until you've seen me try and run!

I have to say, I really like the look of the refurbished cabins. I'd still rather be in the camper, but those are nice looking. 

As always, thanks for taking the time to share your trip with us. Glad to have you back, for those of us that can't get to the Fort all that often (translated to haven't been in 8 years now) your reports really do mean a lot and are enjoyed immensely.

I will go sit in the corner now and wait for the next one.

Without question the best wooden coaster I've ever ridden (maybe even the best coaster wooden or steel) is The Beast at Kings Island in Ohio

64 mph, 141 foot drop, 4:10 ride duration.....simply an awesome ride!

Haven't done it in a couple years, but our favorite route is 81 to 77 to 26 to 95. It's referred to as the "truckers route" as many use this to avoid the tolls going down 95. Distance wise it only adds a little time to our trip, but there is not nearly the volume of traffic we run into on 95, and the toll savings, especially towing the fifth wheel, is substantial. 

Whichever way you go, Have a safe trip!

I had a bad habit of putting my wallet on the roof of my car when filling the gas tank. So one sunny morning I went to fill the tank before leaving for a local camping trip with the family, put the wallet on the roof, and drove off from the gas station with it there.

Luckily for me it was only a mile from home, and my neighbor found the wallet on the side of the road while she was out for a walk, and brought it to my house several hours later. I hadn't even noticed it was gone! All the cash had "blown away", but the credit cards and id's were still there. That was a fun one to explain to the wife!  :argh:

Needless to say, I don't put the wallet on the roof anymore.

I think everyone has a story or two like this. Hope the rest of your trip goes smooth!
