Older TV's require a converter box, which can be obtained from the Meadow Trading Post.  There is no charge for this.  You must present your KTTW card (received at check in) and fill out a form promising to return the box and agreeing to a $125 charge if you fail to do so.

 

The TV Channel line-up has completely changed, and the numbers are different from all other WDW resorts.

 

Here is the current listing, which is provided with the cable box.  It is not provided with the check in packets, or even posted on the bulletin boards, and the on-screen listing is incorrect for the Fort:

 

 

 

Please note that WOFL (9.2) is the local Fox affiliate.

 

Also, the listing is not 100% accurate.  There is a channel 18-1 which plays old Disney Cartoons. There are probably other errors, but it would take a lot of time and effort to list them.

My wife and I were going to stay in a cabin again for our next trip in Feb 2103, but then we found Fortcamperrental.com that was shown on this site. I have been emailing back and forth with one of the owners who you know as bord1niowa on FF. We have one of the pop-up campers reserved! The company is a startup by a husband and wife FF team! They have been awesome to deal with thus far and I have no reason to believe any part of the experience will be any different. They are very prompt and professional answering any questions you may have. They even want to know about the kids ages, genders, and disney interests so they can make the experience more magical for them. I think their new business is off to a great start and if you are looking for a rental camper; I would definitely say give them a try. You'll be helping out your fellow fiends!

We have stayed in the cabins before and love them. They are the next best thing to owning a RV and camping. We will be back in them again in Feb 2013!
