Disney staff putting up tents

Wow! What a welcome. I had seen the old bigger tents but I guess these were the newer ones. -
When we left the fort I saw Disney staff putting up tents in selected camp sites. The sites appeared to be in desired locations. Anyone have an idea on what was taking place. 10 trips to the Fort and I have never saw this before.
