Anyone stay at Lake Whippoorwill KOA around Kissimmee?

I actually bought a boat a few years back in orlando and the guy stored it in a fenced storage area on that KOA property.  Not much to look at.  It also looked like there were a lot of seasonal or permanent residents there.  Unless they cleaned it up, it really wasn't that great from what I saw.  It's too bad, back when I was growing up (uo North) the KOA's were always the place to camp.  It seems nowadays they are hit and miss.  I think they are privately owned or franchised.  Maybe that's why some are good and some stink
