New Spring Menu at The Wave...of American Flavors Sunday, February 15, 2015 | Posted by OTPN administrator The Wave...of American Flavors (a popular restaurant located inside Disney's Contemporary Resort) introduced the new seasonal spring menu this week. This new menu features some scrumptious items such as citrus-marinated Mahi Mahi tacos and the Florida strawberry and blueberry salad on the lunch menu. If the short rib was your favorite, no need to worry! The pulled short rib will still be available, just with a twist of springtime. But there's more. In addition to the previously-mentioned new offerings, Guests can also check out the new appetizer on the dinner menu—bacon and eggs.
