All items are made to order and can be modified if need be. The food is region specific to the jungle areas. They have recently added same day reservations which worked very well for us. The manager stated it gets busy around 6:30pm. Give it a try. It is nice to have another sit down restaurant in the Magic Kingdom that doesn't just serve chicken nuggets.
