Quote The stage is set for the new Star Wars stage show coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios next week. Star Wars A Galaxy Far, Far Away stage Opening on April 4 2016, Star Wars - A Galaxy Far Far Away will take place on the new Centerstage in front of The Great Movie Ride. A new low stage has been built, and work is also taking place around the viewing areas on either side of the stage - which are both currently behind construction walls. The show will include live vignettes featuring popular Star Wars characters, such as Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, Darth Vader and Darth Maul.
