This forum has a new feature I think you guys'll like- the "respect" meter. See the little up and down arrows next to the "Quote" button above each post? Click on the up-arrow to "vote up" a post that you really like. If you don't like a post, you can use the down-arrow to show your disapproval. After a post has reached a score of -5, it will be collapsed down automatically (kind of like posts from people on your "ignore" list on an old forum).

Over by your post-count, under your username, people will be able to see your total "respect" score, which is the total of all upvotes and downvotes you've received in your history.

Isn't self-moderation great? I thought so, too. :)
