I camped there in 2011 and am planning to go again in October. I now see that there are some new amenities such as a camp store, bathrooms and free showers adjacent to the RV area. I saw a picture on Yelp showing that the washhouse is a temporary solution as NPS figures out how to develop Floyd Bennett Field for camping. There is no dump station.
