  1. Thanks everyone. At first the vendor told us Disney would not allow him to set up without us there, and we'd have to make arrangements with him for set up. More recently, we heard he would not do business in the Fort after 2017. He's sort have backed off of that since then I called the Fort and asked. The cast member hadn't heard of the new rule. I guess I'll find out when I get there. I was just wondering if Disney had started to implement the new policy, or if it was just chatter. Thanks again !
  2. We'll be renting a travel trailer again for our upcoming trip to the Fort. Does anyone know if Disney has been enforcing that rule concerning rental companies not being able to set up the site without the guest being present?
  3. Thanks, everyone. I guess this rule hadn't kicked in during our last visit this past December/January. I guess I'll have to adjust my arrival time
  4. I just heard -from one of the RV rental guys- that starting next month Disney will no longer release your site number to the rental company. The site number will only be released to the guest upon check in. Has any one heard this? I know it's not a problem to those who drive their own motor home to the Fort, but it will really slow things down for those who rent. The rental company estimated set up would be completed 1 to 3 hours after check in, but I'm guessing it would be even longer during peak times
