We could only get an RV site at the fort for 12/31 and 1/1. We have been calling every morning and now reaching out to the fiends for suggestions or possible cancellations. Thanks! P&J

Just to close the loop on this thread.....we went to Registration and they very nicely gave us a parking pass to put in the window of the TT. We just let them know what site we were vacating and what date we were coming back. Once again, everyone has been very nice. Thanks you all of you for your responses as well.

Trip #2 to the Fort.... Brought our 27 year old and 17 year old daughters this time rented a cart from TeeTime - of course we decorated it! Just got home from our first trip to the Fort and we are hooked! We took advantage of someone having an extra site and what a perfect weekend it was. Here are some highlights: Site 1459 - What a perfect loop for a group camping together. Our site was very private, full pad, very close to the Campfire activities We tried to rent a golf cart off-site but we were too late.
