FortFiends got it's start because of a large :flush2: (permanent ban) of members of the other board. Most of us are over it, but a few are still disgruntled by the hateful and spiteful actions by the staff of the other site. Be warned, if you are still a member on that other board and use the same user name, there are lurkers here that will report your posts here and that is enough to get you banned, also.. Just saying ...

There is also the Ohio RV and Boat Show in Columbus Ohio this weekend [final weekend] at the State Fair Grounds/Expo Center.

And called the Cincinnati-Dayton Ohio RV Super Show [actually it is Vandalia, but I guess they don't mind the wrong name] that starts this weekend. $2 adult admission on Monday [holiday]

Went to first one last weekend, going to second one this weekend.

Thanks. We have site 204 reserved for a Thursday and Friday night in June after our Disney trip. It says it is 19 x 60 and it does butt up to the water. The pictures shows lots of greenery near the edges, but no close trees. There is a tree at the back end. Not too worried about the bath house. I just really wanted a water front site so my littler one can fish to his heart's content.

When you stayed at Fort DeSoto, what were the site numbers? The one looks pretty tight.

It is 3 nights and only if you travel between February 26 and March 10.

It also won't let you use the "discount" on more than 7 days.
