I was lucky enough to go to the Texas-UCLA game with my son. We paid $25 for $85 seats. It was a great game! The Longhorns looked much better but still have work to do. Scared UCLA as an unranked team almost beat their #12 ranked team. It was sad in the last 3 minutes UCLA made a touch down securing their 20-17 win. Stronghorn Nation!

We used it once & were very impressed.

Longhorns look awful! 3rd quarter 27-0 BYU is killing them. Disappointed but I know Strong will kick their butts.

But, I was just listening to a nationally broadcast sports talk show, with a host based in California, and he was gushing about the good games this weekend.

 

I guess because we're going to be forced to watch PAC 12 games.  Get ready to hear 3 hours of College Gameday hosts going on about how great the PAC 12 is.

 

Not me, I'm heading to Tallahassee to watch FSU beat up on the Citadel.

Yes I was thrilled when I saw him suspend those guys! I am so excited we have such an awesome coach. Watching him at Fan Day, he is one tough coach which they need.

That's a shame ND & Michigan no longer play. Yes it's like Texas & Aggies but I must add that Texas won the last rivalry game! That was when Texas was still decent. Strong will bring Texas back though.

Sad to hear UT's quarterback David Ash suffered another concussion. For now he's out & there are rumors that he's done. He suffered 2 concussions last season & missed 9 games. We got to meet him & he's such an awesome role model & so nice. Hate to hear this for his sake.

Shannon made the top 8 starting lineup for compulsory tumbling!!!!! She's so excited! She has worked really hard on her tumbling the past year since she signed to achieve this. The coach also told the team how awesome Shannon's tumbling is. Woohoo! So proud.

I agree with Lou. It's not necessary. It just makes getting around easier. Some trips we get one & some we don't. We enjoy walking around the fort. You may want a stroller. The buses in the fort are good to get you to the marina or to the outpost. The marina will get you to the parks by boat & the outpost will get you to the parks by bus. Have a great trip!
