My  friends and I were planning meals for this August.  Originally we worked off the impression that every restaurant will serve chicken fingers and french fries, but not all the kids menu's have them.  In fact a lot of them in World Showcase don't.  Is this something that we can expect them to accommodate?  My friend's son will only eat this when going out and it has to look like chicken fingers and french fries or he won't eat it.  Spaghetti would work too.
