Great trip report and great photos.  My kids will be jealous you got to see an armadillo they had us out searching for them at night because they wanted to see one so bad.

Finishing up Christmas Eve.......

We went to the campfire sing a long

marshmellows of course

Took in more decorations including Daves castle which blew us away. (wish i had a good pic but im not a photographer, my pic is black..lol)

Then we headed to the camper to make preacher cookies for santa, we even had to spread some oats out for the reindeer. (8 individual piles per my 5 year olds request)

YAY! Christmas Day with Fiends.  We started the morning off with no water due to the water main busting in the 300 loop.  Luckily i had finished my cooking before we lost water.  We had a lovely lunch with Frank, Denise ,Dave & their girls.  Daves girls and mine had the best time doing the scavenger hunt at the fort.  They would've finished much quicker had they come to the experts. ;D

There was also some puppy love on Christmas.

For the first time ever we didn't have to rent a stroller over our Christmas trip, it was so nice not to have to deal with that.  Although, isn't disney through the eyes of a toddler the best.

Can't do it, my kids soooo bad want to ride that new waterslide.  I just know it would come unbolted and shoot them in the ocean where they would drown before anyone could save them.

Ok, the golf cart parade was a bit of a let down after seeing pics of the halloween parade.  I do have a few shots and we did try our best to cheer on the parade.

Back on the road.....Christmas Eve at the fort

No sooner than we got there the girls had to hit the pool...to cold for me though.

Next we had to check out site decorations, i love this one

  The girls enjoyed a game of checkers

Then it was off to see Santa.  We couldn't convince laura to get in line for Santa but much to her suprise he bounced out of Crockett's and picked her up and gave her a big hug.  I do believe he half scared her to death.

We just soaked up the atmosphere and roamed around the settlement area...

Amanda had to get the girls a good Christmas because in 08 she didn't get them nothin but a phone call from Disney when she was there for a WWW.

In all seriousness it was nice seeing you again and finally meeting your family. Johnny was just as nice as you said he would be. Thanks again for the awesome pulled pork sandwiches.

It was good to see you again also.  Johnny liked all the fiends and ive just about talked him in to joining here.  He isnt the type to play on the computer much but he does love a good camping trip at the fort.

Day one......Out of bed and out the door.....seriously, the girls didn't even get out of their pj's

Today was quite boring just the ride down....untillllll we landed in GA where the girls convinced daddy to let them open their Christmas gifts early

Hello Judy!  Are you feeling better?  I met your husband and kids while at the Fort over christmas....so sorry about your accident.  My daughter took a nice photo of you throwing candy to my little one from your cart during the parade.  I will have to post it.
