  1. I am sooooo glad they revised the golf cart rules to keep a lid tightly on bad behavior. I am always so skerd of those fast carts with the big tires growling their one note song. Bout time!

Speed limit should be about 8 miles an hour and regular golf cart tires and NO gas.

There I said it lol. oh come on you know you were all thinking the same thing........wern't ya?

  2. agree with the smaller hooks, there are some huge fish in the lakes and canals around the fort. They have all been cought on small hooks, believe me they all probably have been cought at least once before. Some of the catfish can be huge and you won't be able to pull them up, you need to ease them up on the bank and give them plenty of line for awhile till you wear them out of you'll just break the line. I pulled some up and took more than one hook out of their mouths. Make sure a pair of needle nose pliers with you to get the hooks out. Outside the fort I have no idea what to use, I only fish when I am at the fort.

  3. I would just like to know, who in the world thinks they have the right to tell Disney or anyone else they have the RIGHT to use any kind of conveyance on their property. If Disney says they don't want golf carts, segways, bikes or skateboards that is THEIR RIGHT, they own the damn property. Too many times people try to use litigation to get their way, right or wrong to gain access to something. If you don't like the rules then you have a choice not a RIGHT!

  4. that can be used to rekindle your romance with the mouse.

Sounds kinky, but in the words of the great Fiend philosopher TnBob, we don't judge here.

    That sounds like me  :D

Anywho, we have met some people we consider great friends on this and the other board. Not to get to tear jerky, it makes going to the fort even better to have fiends to visit with, watch fireworks with and to eat too much with. Ok now ya did it  :'(

  5. The worse stupid thing we did was in NJ, no big surprise there. We had to go visit my mother who is bed ridden and found a "campground" about 30 miles away, campgrounds in NJ are few and far between and from what I have experienced have sucked. We pulled in late afternoon when the temp was hovering around 100 degrees, the lady said we got there just in time as they were closing down the store and check in to save electric because of the heat wave.

We got our site and went out in the woods and backed in, the hook ups seemed to be in strange places but usable, it's too hot to over think it. Well we got all set up, soaked with sweat, tired and ready to leave to go see my mother. One last look and I realized we were on the wrong side of the damn tree! We were backed into the wrong place. Well here we go, over 100 degrees and we had to move, un hook and reset up. To make things worse, the site we were assigned had to be the hardest site I have ever had to get into. The lady across from us was a long termer and said several people had hit the tree we had to maneuver around. Now when I get to a site, I get out and make sure I am in the right place first and I don't use campgrounds in NJ anymore.
