Personally I think everyone should have to show resort id or confirmation of a reservations to even use Disney transportation :'(
That used to be the rule a long time ago.
Yes it was.
We should all go and try and use the pavillion on the 4th and if a bunch of non-campers are there we should have security remove them and if they don't we should all go up front to the office and request a refund for the day of the 4th since we would not be getting the benefit of the facilities for that day.

YOOHOO! Rhonda performed some of that backwoods voodoo, pig squeeling, banjo playin magic and gots me somes ressies for the 4th. We will be there on the 1st and leaving on the 5th!
I will have my old green "BigKahuna" Dis sign out.

Well, I guess we will see if he keeps his word.
Can't be that hard to ask people at the pool or pavillion for a Fort Resort ID card. If they don't have one then go get it or please leave and escort them out.

Someone got sick years ago from some amoeba or something that is in the Lake water.

Weber Q here also. Love it!

It's used to wash dishes by some. :rofl2: They shall remain nameless.
I use it to clean my RV sewer hose after dumping.

This is why I am bringing my own pressure washer with me next trip. ALso bringing my compressor so I can high speed buff the rig. It will take ME three days instead of 3 hours to clean my rig though but I will save $350.00. :rofl2:

Did someone mention Beer? :D
-
Have not been since Halloween 2009. Use to go 2 to 3 times a year. Staying local again this year for the 4th too. :rofl2:
-
I'll keep my golf cart.
-
Dang! They did a great job on my rig last time.
Thank God I have a Toy Hauler so I have the room to bring my Power Washer now. :D

Yep, soak it in the husks for a couple hours and lay it on the grill. It's done when the husks are dry and starting to char. Watch it when you peel it, though, it will release some really hot steam.
Same here!

Why do you beat your meat? :wiz:
Married maybe?
Flame Suit on!

Let's face it, folks. Disney wants everyone to think that it's always sunny and warm at WDW.
The latest commercial showing a family's 2011 vacation began showing the 2nd week of February. If it was truly a 2011 vacation, it would have to have been filmed in January. TRUST ME when I say that nobody was running around in shorts, t-shirts, and bathing suits in January at WDW. I don't think there was one day above 45 degrees.
So - it's tourism propaganda. It's never cold and dreary at WDW!!
Unless it's in the 30's I'm in shorts. 40's and 50's, that's beach weather!

Ribeye fan here. Medium rare to medium and I also love a dose of Blue Cheese Butter baste also.

We were thinking of making a trip to the Fort in May in addition to my business/pleasure trip in June but between the Fort costs and now the gas costs we will be staying at the local County Campground in May and July.

Christmas in February! Thanks!!!!

Beer and Salted, Tobasco Flavored, Roasted Peanuts in the Shell!
-
That sure beats the heck out of Disney's rates!

Other than our Golf Cart. My entertainment is watching other campers.

I use to pull my kids out all the time as we were heavy into the Soap Box Derby Racing and traveled all over the States racing. But, we have always had a good repore with the teachers so they were willing to even give us school work to be made up.
I also agree they they learn far more in life than in school these days so missing a little school to live life is not gonna hurt any.

That was one of 2 days I will never forget! Literally saw the explosion in the sky but had no idea that was what it was at the time. They named a Middle School here after her.

Is it okay to let em' RIP first thing in the morning while I am sipping my coffee under the awning or is that a bad thing? I usually have a couple of fans going to clear it out of my site so no one really knows where it came from. There are a lot of wild animals at the Fort, so, you know, who is to say it was not one of them.

Try the deer next time. They're pretty tasty and easy to conceal in your backpack.
I tried once behind loop 1600 but the stinkin' Alligator got to her before I could.
Supposedly some new rule enforcement coming
