But then again, I've never been one to go with the crowd. For the past few years, I've cleared out on Friday so we could be home in time to head to either Gainesville or Tallahassee on Saturday. When I've left on a Friday, I am the only one I ever see packing up and leaving. Years ago, we stayed for the weekend a few times. There is definitely a segment of guests who arrive on the Saturday before and leave on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. But, that's nothing compared to the Sunday exodus.
