The former FastPass distribution area at Expedition Everest has been converted into two walkup kiosks which offer a surprisingly large range of food and drink.On one side you'll find the food, which includes treats, snacks, sandwiches, and even sushi. The sandwich lineup includes a Banh Mi with roast pork for $9, and Som Tam with Thai Shrimp for $10.99. Over on the drinks side, there are speciality cocktails, draft beers, wine, and some non-alcoholic frozen drinks. Unfortunately there isn't any space for seating, so anything you buy at Thirsty River is going to have to be eaten on the move.
