Previous visits including August we were able to check in on line and request site loops and comfort station proximity preferences . However we just checked in online for our trip in 3 weeks but noticed those options are gone now ? Now you can only specify awning and slides of equipment as well as options that seem more for hotel rooms including choice of floor level ? Is this just a glitch or have they changed ? Is there a better way to request ?
