Apparently, some outside operators have been brought in to tour the spaces formerly occupied by Mannequins and 8Trax. Disney apparently has decided that the buildings housing those two spaces won't be demolished in the switch to Hyperion Wharf. So it makes sense to start earning some rent on the otherwise empty rooms.There are also a couple rumors about Comedy Club and Adventurers Club, but I wouldn't get my hopes up there. Disney is just not interested in operating that sort of theater environment and the talent management that would be involved.
