I'll try and keep this list as current as I can from reliable sources...

Magic Kingdom:

• Main St. Fire House - currently closed, no opening date announced yet.
  Rumor is that this is being refurbished and reopened as the headquarters for a new "Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom" interactive game (similar to Kim Possible at Epcot)
• Frontierland Shootin' Arcade - currently closed, scheduled to reopen Sept. 30
• Lunching Pad - scheduled to be closed Aug. 30 - Sept. 14
• Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse - scheduled to be closed Sept. 8 - Nov. 17

Epcot: No current closures/refurbs scheduled

Hollywood Studios:

• Voyage of the Little Mermade - currently closed, scheduled to reopen Sept. 3
• Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure (playground) - scheduled to be closed Sept. 4-24
• Studios Backlot Tour - scheduled to be closed Sept. 5-24
• Lights, Motor, Action! Extreme Stunt Show - scheduled to be closed Oct. 3-6
• Fantasmic! - scheduled to be closed Jan. 5 - Feb 12, 2012

Animal Kingdom:

• Primeval Whirl - currently closed, scheduled to reopen Sept. 14
• It's Tough to Be a Bug! - currently closed, scheduled to reopen Sept. 30.

Water Parks:

• Blizzard Beach - scheduled to be closed Oct 30 - Dec 3
• Typhoon Lagoon - scheduled to be closed Dec 4 - Mar 17, 2012

Resorts and other:

• Saratoga Springs Congress Park pool - currently closed, scheduled to reopen Sept. 2
• Port Orleans Riverside Magnolia Bend pool - scheduled to be closed Sept 5 - Oct 7
