  1. No pets, and I have decided (against my nature!) to just see what happens. I understand that when I get there, they will assign me a site. Can I request to change it if, after consulting my handy dandy FortFiends app, I don't think it would be the best for us?
  2. Heading down in a week! I would like to request a spot so I don't wind up with "that spot" (you know, the one that sucks!). I have a preferred reservation, so 100/200/300 loops. Looks like I might want to request the following from the app due to ease of access and rear location of the utilities: 104,109,216,220. Any advice would be appreciated! TIA!
  3. Thanks all for the replies. I think I will just unhook and lug that beast into the garage. THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS!!!!! Ok, at least this happened long enough before the next excursion!
  4. Boy am I steamed. I park my travel trailer at my uncles house. He was out of town for the holiday weekend. Came home and found some tool had cut the wires to my battery and stolen it. I need to replace it but I need some advice on what kind and where to buy it. Also, after that, security for my new battery. How do I help prevent this from happening again? I am trying to be philosophical about this in that it could have been much worse. But it's hard!
  5. Hi guys. I saw thread is over 30 pages long, and I doubt my ability to mine out the info I want. If this has been asked/answered before, I do apologize, but here goes anyway! What attractions at MK/Epcot/AK/HS are "fastpass worthy"? Which ones will really save us some time and which attractions are normally not worth the time-savings that FP has to offer? If I am not being clear, I give this example: Space Mountain with a FP, no wait, without a FP it is one hour. Other ride (you pick it!) with FP is no wait, but without FP is a 15 minute wait. Which rides are historically worth it to
  6. I've gone back to check about the upgrade. I will call them directly later, but for now I'm ok with a smaller site, just want to be sure I don't get "THAT" campsite that everyone dreads. Thanks again guys! If anyone else has stayed in these loops and has a specific campsite number to request/decline, I would really appreciate it! Cheers! Ivan
  7. My family and I have been to WDW but have stayed off property in a rental. This time we are dragging our kids (7 & 11) and our newest toy all the way from Indiana for 10 nights in October. Our TT is 32' with 2 slides, one on each side. Our plan is to drive almost the whole way down on day 1 and stop in north FL for a nights rest and get to the fort early the next morning. My questions are most likely answered somewhere else in this forum, but after reading through hours of threads, I am more confused than ever! We have reserved a preferred loop campsite (premiums for some reason we
  8. WOWOWOW. $4800 for tires? Holy crap. How many tires do you have on your RV?
