It is not on the disney parks app. Your best bet is to call 1-877-560-6477. That is Disney's Mail order merchandise line and they will set you up. I just called them to exchange my tire cover for a smaller one.

Just wanted to update everyone, I picked up a tire cover today at the Meadows so they do have them there!!!

They offer a small and a large. The cover I got is the large and it says it fits 30"-33" tires. The small I believe they said it fits somewhere around 26"-29"??
